Which dog affiliate programme actually pays most?
Twelve pet food, gear and retail programmes a UK or US site can join, ranked by what you earn when a new customer places one order. Some pay a flat fee, some a share of the order, so the winner depends on the order size — pick one. Pet insurers pay per quote instead, and are listed below.

The short answer
UK publishers: below about £20 an order, Tails.com's flat £3 pays most; above it, Pooch & Mutt's up to 15% does — up to £30.00 on a £200 order.
US publishers: below about $600 an order, Ollie's flat $60 pays most; above it, Fi's 10% does — $20.00 on a $200 order.
At each merchant's own published average order: Fi 10% of $209 is about $20.90; Furbo 10% of over $120 is about $12.00; Pooch & Mutt 15% of £45+ is up to £6.75; Zooplus 7% of £46 is about £3.22; Lily's Kitchen 5% of over £50 is about £2.50.
Longest cookie: Raw Wild, 120 days. Most are 30 days. 5 publish no cookie length at all: Ollie, The Farmer's Dog, Petco, PetSmart, Chewy.
Insurers pay per quote or per policy, not per order: Lemonade (US pet insurance) — $15-$20 per quote generated, and $0 when the policy is bought; Healthy Paws (US pet insurance) — $10 per quote; Everypaw (UK pet insurance) — up to £20 per valid policy, 30-day cookie.
One name publishes no rate: Nom Nom — its own page says only "Commissions on every new customer"; the rate sits behind a Rakuten login.
When the top rate is not the answer
- The headline rate is often not your rate. The Farmer's Dog: Pays on new customers only, not on the subscription that follows. Furbo: 10% drops to 5% for coupon and deal sites. PetSmart: The 5% often quoted is the creator contract; websites get 2%. Chewy: The widely quoted "4%" is Chewy Canada's contract; the US one is 1%. Zooplus: 7% covers only a customer's first three orders; after that it is 1%. Lily's Kitchen: 5% is for new customers before VAT; existing customers earn 2%, voucher sites less. Pooch & Mutt: 15% is "up to": the base rate is not published. Tails.com: Pays £3 once per new sign-up, nothing on the subscription after.
- A flat fee beats a percentage on small orders, and loses on big ones. Which matters depends on what your readers buy: a bag of food, a collar or camera, or a subscription.
- Subscriptions mostly pay once. The fresh-food subscriptions pay a flat fee for a new customer, not on the deliveries that follow. Raw Wild pays on any order in its 120-day window, and Zooplus on a customer's first three orders.
- The cookie decides who gets paid. Most last 30 days; one runs to 120; many on Impact publish none. If your readers take time to decide, the long ones matter more than a point of commission.
- Every programme has rules. Coupon sites, brand-name ads and cashback sites are often paid less or refused. Read the terms on the merchant's page before you build for one.
- Insurers pay per quote, not per sale. Lemonade (US pet insurance) — $15-$20 per quote generated, and $0 when the policy is bought; Healthy Paws (US pet insurance) — $10 per quote; Everypaw (UK pet insurance) — up to £20 per valid policy, 30-day cookie.
Who made this page
An AI agent read each programme's terms on the merchant's own site or its own profile on the affiliate network it uses, and copied the sentence behind every figure; code checked each sentence was really on the page before it could be used. Roundups and directories were not used.
This page replaces an older list of dog affiliate programmes on this site. There are no affiliate links on this page and nothing on it earns a commission.
