About

Two decades building consumer value at scale.

I've spent my career on a single question: how consumers earn, hold, and spend value — and how the businesses around that create or destroy it.

As COO of Asia Miles, I ran one of Asia's largest coalition loyalty programs. As Global Head of Shangri-La Circle, I built a program spanning 30M+ members across more than ten markets, with co-brand cards at its core. As launch CMO of Fusion Bank, a Tencent-backed digital bank, I took a regulated bank to market from zero.

Today I'm CMO of Moca Network, working at the convergence of loyalty, identity, and embedded finance — the place where the next generation of consumer money is being built.

I write here because the economics of all this are widely misunderstood. Loyalty gets treated as a marketing line when it's a balance-sheet business. Neobanks get judged on product when the real problem is distribution and trust. And "embedded finance" gets discussed in the abstract when the practical question is how value actually moves. These pages are the operator's view.
